"Onakele" is the Zulu word for corrupt, fallen, devilish. This design reflects an amalgam of the primal fury of the Zulu people and the darkhearted malice of their British westernizers (hence the goat legs). But is Onakele an inherently villainous character?

This is neat-o. It reminds me of a combination of Odolwa from Majoras Mask and Aku from Samurai Jack. Love the stylized look!

Yeah, but it's still totally unique enough to feel like its own thing too. It feels more ambiguous than those characters, which makes it a lot more sinister than them. Which is rad. B-)

Ha ha, now that you've said it, I can't see anything but that.

I wouldn't necessarily say "villainous" but I could foresee this character causing mischief.
